Admissions

To apply to Quba Institute, please visit our school or simply download an online application form for your child. The application form must be accompanied by:

  • Registration fee
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Previous school’s transcript/report card/all state wide exam scores
  • Up to date immunization record/medical record

Upon submission of all documents, an admissions interview date will be scheduled.

Fees

  • $50.00 – Application, Interview, and Testing Fee
  • $200.00 – Annual Registration Fee
  • 1 child -$3600.00* OR ($360.00/mo for 2nd – 8th grades)***
  • 1 child -$3800.00*  OR ($380.00/mo for Pre-K-(3yr)-1st & for 9th – 12th )***
  • 2 children -$6550.00* (will pay annual registration fees plus a $ 655.00 discounted monthly flat fee)***
  • 3 children -$8750.00* (will pay annual registration fees plus a $875.00 discounted monthly flat fee)***
  • 4+ children add $200 per month for each additional child.
